IMPORTANT NOTICE
As stated in Article 15 of Law 164 of 2009, as amended, “General Corporation Law”, corporations must file with the Department of State an annual report on or before April 15 of each year. It is for this reason that from January 1, 2011 and pursuant to the adoption of Regulation No. 7939 “Regulations on Obtaining services by the Internet and to set the fees to be paid by Requests of Waivers to Get Services by Other Means” available in: www.estado.gobierno.pr, this annual report must be filed by electronic means through the portal of the Government of Puerto Rico in www.pr.gov and/or through the Department of State website.
